  • A header with the name of the company, production, identification of tape, and transcriptionist
  • Time code stamp-to the right before indented paragraph. Typically every 30 seconds or at the top of a new answer
  • Page number, either centered or to the left bottom
  • Default Font: Times Roman
  • Default size: 12 pt
